Board of Directors
In 2000, the Templeton Community Library Association was established as a §501(c)(3) organization. The directors of the Templeton Community Library Association are Robert Dutra, Wayne Peterson, Janice Harington, Gwen R. Pelfrey, Ronald Hall, Carla Willhoit, Marcea Petersen, William Van Orden and Malcolm Pickett.
Robert Dutra serves as President of the Templeton Community Library Association. Mr. Dutra is a licensed general contractor and operates a construction company, Dutra Construction.
Wayne Petersen serves as Vice President of the Templeton Community Library Association. Mr. Petersen is retired as the Chief Auditor of the Los Angeles County Pension Fund.
Janice Harington serves as Secretary of the Templeton Community Library Association. Mrs. Harington is the librarian for Templeton Middle School.
Gwen R. Pelfrey serves as the Chief Financial
Officer of the Templeton Community Library Association. Mrs. Pelfrey is an
Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Heritage Oaks
Bank.
